Used inside the Lance probes for Oxygen and PPM measurement in SMS zone of Steel Plants. These cables are High Temperature Resistant.

• Conductor Material : Multi stranded annealed conductor materials as per table 3 of IS 8784-1987 to suit ‘K’ type / ‘R’ type / ‘S’ type / ‘B’ type / ‘N’ type Thermocouples.
• Insulation:  PTFE Teflon duly sintered with Kapton 
• Cores laying: Cores twisted into pair and laid up together
• Inner sheath: Heat & Oil resistant, Flame retardant, highly flexible Silicone Rubber
• Outer sheath: High temperature resistant Non-Flammable Ceramic Glass Fibre
• Available sizes: In single pair and 2 pair
• Conductor size : 1.0 sq mm / 1.5 sq mm (multi stranded)

Trailing Lance Cable (Outside the Lance Probe)

Application:

Used outside the lance probes for connecting the lance and the temperature indicator in the control room of SMS zone in Steel Plants. This cable is highly flexible and abrasion resistant.

• Insulation:  Heavy Duty Heat Resistant Flexible Elastomeric Compound type IE-2 of IS: 6380-1984 namely  Neoprene Rubber
• Fillers: Synthetic Fiber or Natural Rubber provided for strengthening of cores and proper round shape of the cable
• Overall sheath: Heavy Duty Heat Resistant Flexible Elastomeric Compound type SE-4 of  IS:6380-1984 namely Neoprene Rubber with HOFR properties (Heat and Oil Resistant and Flame Retardant)
